A brief summary of our procedures when receiving enquiries from customers is to arrange a visit to clients property to discuss the proposal, the next stage is to carry out a detailed survey internally and externally, a draft plan is then drawn up showing proposals, a further discussion then takes place, when the preliminary plans will indicate any possible changes that may be required before the final plans are prepared and submitted by us to the local authority. Our knowledge of the planning and building regulations enable us to talk through your requirements and achieve the necessary approval of planning and building regulations.
